I've been using this product for years. It is the best tasting, and easy to use seasoning spice I've ever tried. I live on a sail boat 24/7 and would not leave port without it.

The Chef Hans' Creole Seasoning is unbelievable. This seasoning is great for Pork, Chicken and Beef. I use a slow cook, charcoal method. A neighbor and I have tried for over a year to reproduce this seasoning to no avail.
We cannot buy Chef Hans' in Indiana, and I must rely on my friend in Lousiana to send it to me. I just recently found that it is now available on the Internet. A perfect blend of original Creole spices makes this a must for any cook looking for that special, Creole flavor.
