This is dish is served as a side at all special occasions in South-Central and South-West Louisiana.

Creole Gumbo Seasoning Mix just add water or Broth. Add onion, celery, & 1 cup Seafood for Seafood Gumbo or Add Chicken/Sausage for chicken gumbo. Service over rice. Makes 1 Gallon

7 oz. Creole Yellow Rice

Chef Hans Blackened Fish. Coat both sides of Fish or Filet with seasoning Put 1 TBS Butter or Olive Oil in Skillet per filet or fish. Add fish immediately Blacken on both sides, over high heat. Reduce heat and turn fish over. Remove and serve. Enjoy
