Overview
Sure it's great on fish, but don't stop there. Pound a chicken breast flat and blacken the same way you would a fish filet. Not terribly hot, but slap full of flavor. Louisiana loves it, and you will too.

Wife has used it for years, makes best blackened tuna and salmon on the grill.

I used to travel to Lousiana regularly on business. I'm now retired and live in the Pacific Northwest. I fish a lot and cook everything from salmon, steelhead, ling cod, rock fish and oysters in this seasoning. I'm down to my last oz. of this seasoning and realize that I just cannot run out of this great seasoning. I'm ordering more today so my family doesn't mutiny on me.

This is wonderful! I recently ran out after using the same shaker for several months, and I can't wait to get more. It will make all of your seafood taste great, as if prepared right in a New Orleans kitchen.

My family absolutely loves the Louisiana Blackened Fish Seasoning! I do not remember where I got if from and couldn't find it in stores in the San Francisco Bay Area. I bought another brand, Chef Paul Prudhommes and I have to say Chef Hans wins hands down. Thank you for having your website listed on your product. We are now ordering other products to try.
